What can I do to prepare for the interview?
If you are invited to attend an interview, as a minimum you will meet with the manager to whom the position will report to, as well as a member of the Human Resources Team. The composition of the interview panel will be confirmed with you either over the phone or by email prior to your interview taking place.
Our interviews are behavioural-based, so this means we will be asking you to provide relevant, specific examples of how you have undertaken or managed a situation or task in the past. You will need to be as descriptive as possible, and provide specific details of the situation or task, what you did and what the outcome was.
During the interview there will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the role and our Company.
In some instances, we will invite you back for an additional interview to meet other members of the team or the Company.
